Shipping and Returns Policy

We have recently made changes to our shipping and returns policy for 2023. 

Australian Orders

Australian orders over $300 are shipped free of charge.  Orders under $300 are charged flat rate $10 shipping fee per order. 

Australian orders are sent via Australia Post, registered with signature on delivery.  Orders within metro areas usually deliver within 3-5 business days. Regional areas, QLD and WA will take between 3-6 business days.

Exchanges & Returns

We offer returns and exchanges for Australian full price orders.  If you wish to return or exchange an item contact us within 10 days of receiving.  Email tabatha@alloracapes.com.au to notify us of your intent to exchange or return.  

There are no refunds on sale items.  
We are happy to provide a credit note for returned sale items that is valid for 12 months. 

Exchanges can be made on sale items however the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to the warehouse.   

All returns and exchanges must be received within 10 days unworn, with all original packaging attached.

International Orders

We ship globally via Australia Post Express for a flat rate of AUD $50. 

International orders may take 10 business days depending on the location.  

USA Orders - Most destinations to the US receive orders in 4-5 days.  There is a free trade agreement between the US and Australia for orders under USD$800.  No duty is payable on items under USD$800. 

UK Orders
Most destinations to the UK receive orders in 5-7 days.  There are duty fees payable in the UK. 

Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties when the order arrives at their local customs office, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded once it has been received back to our warehouse, excluding the original shipping fee and a re-stocking fee of $25 AUD will be charged.  

International Exchanges & Returns 

Please make contact within 10 days if you wish to return an item.  International customers will be responsible for the shipping to return the item back to Australia for a refund or exchange.

Faults

If you find a fault with your garment when you receive it please contact us immediately via email tabatha@alloracapes.com.au and we will organise a replacement for you.
